At Zooki®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all Zooki® designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
